Remember To Live Your Life Today
Today is a beautiful day to be alive, to be the person you are. A beautiful
day, simply, to be. Don't waste energy trying to possess or control. Don't
let yourself be burdened by things that have happened in the past. Don't
worry about being "right," or about impressing anyone.
Focus instead on creating things that have never before existed. On
adding value to the lives of others. On finding ways to express the unique
person that you are. Feel good by simply deciding to, rather than by
abusing yourself or others. Look at everything that happens as an
opportunity for growth.
Accept and be thankful for the abundance that is yours. Dust off your
dreams and find a way to follow them. Life is precious and beautiful.
Every breath you take is an opportunity to live life to the fullest.

Thanks Tammy. I needed to hear that. I sometimes can get caught up in what I should have or don't have or get bored with my life. This says it all. Again, thank you.

Well I had to go to town which is a trudge as we live way up high on a mountain...go to get into my old car...I have been balking on driving the SUV up the mountain..and nothing. The battery is fine but it would not start...
So I had no choice into the SUV..and I had a blast. CD player blazing oldies..felt really good in a new car. And thought this is it..you are living your life...through some tough times. Went and treated myself to a breakfast burrito, and some candy...felt good. Fill your own cup evey once in awhile (I was told at least once a week or a hour a day) its great to stop and smell the roses, and do something you have been putting off.
