 Howdy Newcomer, you are in for the ride of your life and all you have to do is admit, surrender and let go. A real simple program for complicated people, but it does work and it is all up to you. Pick up your book and study it indepth, go to meetings, find a person you can trust and relate to in a way, called a sponser, listen in meetings with an open mind, acceptance, perserverience, love, and trust. It is only one day at a time, one minute at a time whatever, it works. All you have to do is change your entire life, one day at a time, learn to trust your Higher Power for that is where the real love comes from in the beginning. Anyway now Newcomers it is up to you to do the footwork, so have at it and watch your life change, God bless you.

Hi, Jackie!! Yes, I remember when they told me that. I thought - Oh great!! I am really screwed now!! That was because, of course, it's so much easier to say than do. And I KNEW I would never be able to do it!! That was over 13 years ago and, newcomers, I have been able to achieve that and so much more!!
No matter what - do not EVER give up!!!!
